I've always felt that the biggest unmet need for teachers on the internet is a source for management and organizational ideas to make it possible for learning to take place, and that's the focus of this site. However, a large part of having a well-run classroom is having lots of kid-friendly learning tools, such as centers, manipulatives, flashcards, pocket chart activities, and so on to make lessons interesting and interactive.
Filling your classroom with these types of things is time-consuming and expensive. So, check out the money-saving ideas page for places to obtain classroom resources for free or cheap, and put the following sites to good use. Many of them are listed on my links page and throughout the site as they are relevant, but I want to spread the word by featuring the sites here, too.
These are all incredible sites with FREE printables of all sorts- NOT JUST WORKSHEETS! Most are in Word form, meaning you can change them as you see fit, but all that’s needed is to print and laminate!!
Please email me if any links no longer work, or to add your own ideas!!
